Seasonal July-October

We cut green tomatoes into wedges and compliment with sweet onion. These are crunchy, tangy and wonderful in salads, especially Greek salads with creamy feta dressing or on a charcuterie board where they will definitely get conversations started. Amazing fried and made into sandwhiches as well. Don't forget the brine for vinaigrettes, marinades and drinks!

Ingredients: Green Tomato, vinegar, salt, sugar, garlic, onion, dill.
