Our most exotic and interesting option is available all year long. So delicious! It’s like sweet and sour sauce but with a serious pickle vibe. We use our turmeric base sweet brine with mustard seed and other spices to create a flavor explosion of sweet and sour.

We love these straight from the jar, grilled or added to any dish you would use fresh or canned pineapple. It's perfect for sweet and sour sauces, in fried rice, grilling on the BBQ in kabobs, in fish tacos and salsa. There are many uses for our pineapple pickles including using the brine for amazing marinades! The brine is also a wonderful addition to a margarita or rum cocktail. We remove the skin and the core so the pineapple is a cylinder ready for any preperation you prefer.
