Is it your favorite or have you never heard of it? Our pickled okra is a great way to enjoy an often forgotten-about veggie. A delicacy of the South, we blanch slightly leaving the most pleasant crunch. It reminds us of our asparagus and green beans.

A unique addition to bloody marys and gumbo, not to mention just eating it straight out of the jar!

Ingredients: Okra, vinegar, salt, sugar, garlic, onion, dill.
