Seasonal April-June

Our asparagus comes from a family farm in Yakima and is picked fresh for us the day before we pickup. The farm hydro-cools the asparagus to ensure a crisp and fresh consistency.

Our crunchy asparagus is not just a perfect garnish for bloody marys but can be paired with your favorite meat and cheeses on a charcuterie board, added to salads and even sandwiches for an extra crunch.

Ingredients: Asparagus , vinegar, salt, sugar, garlic, onion, dill.
