Is it your favorite or have you never heard of it?  Our pickled okra is a great way to enjoy an often forgotten-about veggie.  A delicacy of the South, we blanch slightly leaving the most pleasant crunch.  It reminds us of our asparagus and green beans. We would rate this as medium heat with no burn discomfort.

A unique addition to bloody marys and gumbo, not to mention just eating it straight out of the jar!
